This customer update is focused on one thing: helping your team move faster with less friction in day-to-day recruiting workflows.

Find people faster and with more confidence

  • Search now uses a faster, searchable combobox, so selecting filters and values is quicker.
  • The main search modal now shows total results, so you can gauge list size while refining your search.

Outreach is clearer and easier to send

  • Outreach messages now separate email subject from email body, so writing and reviewing messages is simpler and less error-prone.
  • Outreach now includes a mailto button, making it faster to launch email workflows from candidate context (limited to candidates with email).

Exports are more useful out of the box

  • A new Smart Recruiter export template is now available.
  • A new Keap template is now available.
  • Export templates now better respect available contact data constraints, reducing noisy or incomplete output.

Day-to-day UI is cleaner and easier to scan

  • Contact data links are more consistently clickable.
  • Candidate list overflow behavior for big links/contact fields is improved.
  • Editable single-select table cells now include clearer hover states and a chevron indicator for better affordance.
  • Export button now clearly delaniates between CSV and ATS exports

Session behavior is more predictable

  • Data now refreshes cleanly when you log out or switch organizations, reducing stale-information confusion.

Coming soon

  • New filters on the initial search modal to help you narrow results faster from the first step.
  • In-app credit views so you can quickly see how many credits are available.
