Collaborator Roles and Redesigning Candidate Views
Kara Amantoy & Diego Carvallo August 10, 2026
Since Pickle 2.0, the theme we've heard most in your feedback is collaboration: getting the right people involved, seeing each other's work, and handing it off cleanly. Here's what shipped.

Bring your clinic managers into sourcing, without handing over the keys
You can now invite colleagues from across your organization as Org Collaborators on specific prospect lists. A clinic manager, a regional director, anyone with a line to your candidates gets scoped, view-only access to just the lists you assign. They can add notes and log the contact they've already had with a candidate, but they can't edit lists, move candidates, or touch your settings.
Healthcare hiring is local, and the people closest to the work already know the market: the former colleague, the clinician they trained with, the new grad down the road. The Org Collaborator role turns that knowledge into something recruiters can act on, a do-not-contact flag before a credit is spent, a note that says why someone is worth calling, and a warm introduction instead of a cold message.
Invite a clinic manager to a single list, where they can flag do-not-contacts and share what they already know.
A redesigned candidate view, built for outreach
We rebuilt the candidate view from the ground up around one idea: put the information recruiters actually reach for first, and make acting on it effortless. A full-height candidate card now leads with what you need to size someone up, contact details, credentials, and tags, each surfaced up front and copyable in a single click. No more digging through a cramped panel to find a license or a phone number.
And because reviewing a candidate and reaching out shouldn't be two separate jobs, outreach now lives right in the same view. Read the profile and start your message without switching screens, so a promising candidate turns into a sent note in seconds. It is the difference between sourcing as a series of tabs and sourcing as a single, fast motion.
The candidate view leads with the details recruiters look for, and puts outreach right beside them.
Hand off a list cleanly
You can now transfer ownership of a prospect list to a teammate, with a Confirm transfer step so the handoff is deliberate.

Set any list to Private or Shared
Every prospect list carries its own Visibility. Keep a list Private, so only you and the people you share it with can see it, or set it Shared so everyone in your organization can find it. It's a per-list choice you can change anytime.
